What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading on UK tax system policy issues affecting investment funds.
- Advising on Corporation Tax liabilities of UK funds and corporate streaming reporting.
- Identifying and advising on tax risks including withholding tax, CGT, international taxes, and Pillar 2.
- Collaborating directly with HMRC, HM Treasury, and other government stakeholders.
- Driving proactive projects on modernising the tax system in line with a modern economy.
- Leading and contributing to high-profile, topical tax policy initiatives.
About You:
- Professionally qualified in CTA/ACA/ATT.
- Strong direct tax background, ideally with some exposure to funds or financial services.
- Passionate about politics and economics - a related degree is a bonus!
- Confident communicator with a curious, strategic mindset.
