Stamp Taxes Manager - London/Hybrid £75,000 + Bonus, Car Allowance Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stamp Taxes Manager to join a market-leading UK tax team, based in London with flexible hybrid working.

You will join a highly regarded national Stamp Taxes team, working alongside experienced tax and Deals professionals to advise a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational organisations, private equity houses, FTSE 100 companies, owner-managed businesses and high-growth organisations.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of complex and high-profile transactions, including M A, real estate, corporate reorganisations, financial services, IPOs and capital raisings .

You will provide specialist advice across stamp duty, stamp duty reserve tax and land transaction taxes, as well as supporting tax due diligence, transaction structuring and deal implementation.

You will also have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, work closely with other advisers and contribute to the development of new and innovative approaches to stamp taxes advice.

We are looking for a qualified ACA, CTA, ACCA or lawyer , or an individual with equivalent relevant experience.
