About the Role
In this influential role, you will work at the heart of major transactions, advising clients on the design and implementation of employee incentive schemes and providing strategic support throughout the deal cycle. From tax due diligence to complex structuring, you will help shape outcomes on some of the market's most exciting and challenging transactions. You will collaborate with a talented, fast-paced team-leading engagements, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to the development of junior colleagues as the practice continues its ambitious growth.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading tax due diligence and structuring assignments across a variety of M&A transactions
- Advising clients on incentive scheme design and implementation
- Building strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and the wider deal advisory network
- Managing demanding, high-impact projects while guiding junior team members
This Role Is for You If You Have:
- Significant experience in tax advisory with strong exposure to M&A or Private Equity deals
