Private Client Tax Director Shrewsbury £75,000 - £100,000 The Opportunity A top 10 advisory firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Director to take on a key leadership role within their growing team. This is a high-impact position with real influencing a portfolio of high-value clients while helping shape the future direction of the private client offering. The Role This is a broad, senior role combining technical excellence with strategic leadership. You'll act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals on complex tax matters, while also driving growth through business development and cross-service collaboration. Internally, you'll play a pivotal role in developing the mentoring senior staff, strengthening capability, and fostering a high-performance culture. What You'll Be Doing Leading on complex private client tax advisory and compliance work Building and managing long-term relationships with high-value clients Driving business development and expanding a profitable client portfolio Providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to senior team members Contributing to wider business strategy and operational improvements Identifying opportunities to enhance and grow the service offering About You Currently operating at Senior Manager or Director level in private client tax Strong experience advising high-net-worth individuals Proven track record of winning and developing business Commercially minded with strong strategic awareness A confident, credible leader who can influence at all levels CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience) Why Join?
