The Role:
- Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence projects
- Identify and quantify tax risks and opportunities within target businesses
- Advise on tax-efficient acquisition, disposal, and restructuring strategies
- Support SPA negotiations, including drafting and reviewing tax provisions
- Provide structuring advice on cross-border transactions and group reorganisations
- Work closely with corporate finance, legal, and international teams on deals
- Advise on refinancing, debt structuring, and post-deal integration
- Build and manage senior client relationships, including private equity stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop junior team members
- Play an active role in shaping and growing the team
