Our client is seeking experienced Senior Tax Managers to join a high-performing and rapidly growing London team. The Opportunity

  • Advising leading financial services clients on complex UK and international tax matters
  • Supporting tax due diligence, transactions, structuring and corporate reorganisations
  • Providing specialist tax input into deals, restructuring and statutory audits
  • Developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering commercially focused advice
  • Keeping clients ahead of evolving tax legislation and regulatory change
  • Leading, coaching and developing high-performing tax professionals
  • Taking responsibility for engagement delivery, risk management and commercial performance

What We're Looking For

  • A professional tax qualification such as CTA, ACA, ACCA or international equivalent, or substantial equivalent experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax and tax accounting
  • Relevant experience within financial services, banking, capital markets, FinTech or a related environment
  • The ability to translate complex tax issues into clear, commercially relevant advice
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven experience leading teams and developing talent
  • The confidence and credibility to build relationships with senior clients
