A superb opportunity has arisen with this leading BIG 4 firm for an International M&A Tax specialist to join its market-leading Transactions Tax team. This role will suit a tax professional with strong client-handling and project management experience, alongside the ability to build long-term relationships and contribute to business development.
A perfect opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the firm's International Transactions Tax offering, working closely with highly regarded Partners, the Corporate Finance team and the wider global network. The breadth of complex, cross-border transactions will provide excellent exposure and long-term professional development.
You will play a pivotal role in UK and international M&A tax projects, delivering high-quality technical advice and ensuring client requirements are met. You will lead and undertake tax due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side transactions and also provide tax structuring advice pre- and post-transaction, including cross-border considerations.
