You'll be part of a collaborative team with responsibility for preparing VAT and regulatory returns across a large and dynamic group.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing UK and international VAT returns across multiple entities
- Supporting with multi-currency payment runs and regulatory reporting
- Reviewing and improving VAT processes and controls across the Purchase Ledger team
- Coaching team members on VAT best practices and providing hands-on support
- Identifying risks and spotting opportunities for process improvements
You'll be working closely with finance and operational teams, so strong communication skills are key - along with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.
Who we're looking for:
- Someone with experience in accounts payable or VAT compliance
- Knowledge of multi-currency payment processes is a plus
- Confident in Excel and able to analyse data effectively
- Proactive, detail-focused, and eager to learn
- CCAB-qualified or part-qualified - we're open to CAT, ATT, AAT, ACCA, CIMA or similar at any level
