Our client - a Top -50 firm with offices across the Southeast of England, is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their fast-growing team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, working alongside an experienced leadership team in a business that truly values innovation and excellence.

The practice specialises in providing bespoke tax advisory and compliance services to a range of major corporates and OMB's.
The Role
As the Corporate Tax Manager, you'll be the go-to adviser for corporate tax matters, taking the lead on compliance and advisory work for a broad range of clients - from ambitious entrepreneurs to multinational firms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted adviser, preparing and filing corporate tax affairs for clients.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring compliance and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Supporting the wider tax team with planning and advisory projects.
- Preparing proposals and offering written advice across multi-jurisdictional tax compliance, cross-border transactions, UK inbound/outbound investments, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
- Playing an active role in business development and client growth.
- Building strong client relationships, maintaining regular contact, and ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard.
What They're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in UK tax advisory and compliance.
- CTA qualified.
- Specialist expertise in corporate tax, with a mix of compliance and advisory experience.
