The Role

  • You will assist with trust accounting, client administration, and compliance work, supporting senior specialists in delivering tailored wealth, estate, and succession planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing trust accounts, tax returns, and supporting documentation
  • Support annual compliance processes and timely tax submissions
  • Maintain organised client records and assist with budgeting and billing activities
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to senior staff and Partners
  • Manage workflow, deadlines, and internal administrative tasks

About You

  • Experience in bookkeeping or data entry
  • Strong numeracy, IT, and communication skills
  • Proactive team player with a desire to learn and develop
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C), including Maths and English
