Trust Tax Manager / Senior Trust Tax Consultant
Private Family Office | London West End | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) £68,000 + Excellent Benefits
An established Private Family Office is looking to recruit an experienced Trust Tax Manager or Senior Trust Tax Consultant to join its highly regarded team in London's West End.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied portfolio of family and charitable trusts and estates in a collaborative environment where quality of advice and long-term client relationships are the priority.
Responsibilities
- Manage trust and estate administration
- Prepare trust accounts and tax returns
- Calculate inheritance tax, capital gains tax and trust income tax liabilities
- Manage trust distributions, beneficiary payments and R185s
- Reconcile trust bank accounts and prepare cashflow reports
- Liaise with HMRC, investment managers and external advisers
- Ensure compliance with current trust and tax legislation
Qualifications
- STEP qualification
- Experience managing UK trusts and estates
- Strong knowledge of trust taxation, accounting and compliance
- Experience preparing trust accounts and tax returns
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with CCH Trust Accounts, CCH Central and Accounts Production
