A leading accountancy practice, is seeking an experienced Transactions Tax Director to join their team. The firm is looking for someone who can confidently lead and manage transactions, taking ownership of complex tax structures and client relationships. A generalist background in transactions tax is preferred, with a focus on providing strategic tax advice across a range of industries. A background in Financial Services would be highly beneficial but is not essential.
The firm is particularly interested in Junior Directors with an entrepreneurial spirit who are ready for the next step in their career. This might include individuals who have missed promotion previously or those who have been in a director role for approximately three years and are not yet looking to make the jump to partner.
