Job Description
I am assisting a leading professional services firm operating across the United Kingdom, who are in the process of expanding their transactions services offering and seeking a talented Transactions Services Partner to join their dynamic practice in London. In this role, you will be a key member of the team, providing strategic advice, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the transactions services team to deliver high-quality due diligence, valuation, and transaction advisory services to clients.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, assisting them in making informed business decisions.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions to meet their transaction needs.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development and revenue growth within the transactions services practice.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective client solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting transactions, and advise clients accordingly.
- Support the mentoring and development of team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering transaction services engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial analysis, due diligence processes, and transaction advisory services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
