This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional who enjoys complex client work, developing people and building long-term client relationships.
The team advises a broad client base including owner-managed businesses, large corporate groups, international businesses and private equity-backed companies, with growing levels of project, transaction and advisory work.
The Opportunity
This is not a team where Senior Managers sit several layers away from decision-making.
You’ll work closely with highly regarded Corporate Tax Partners, taking ownership of complex client relationships and playing a visible role in both technical delivery and team development.
The team has significant demand across both portfolio and project work, creating an opportunity to broaden your experience beyond traditional compliance-led corporate tax roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of complex corporate tax clients
- Acting as a trusted adviser to owner-managed businesses, larger groups and PE-backed clients
- Delivering a combination of portfolio management and advisory project work
- Supporting transactions, restructurings and tax planning assignments
- Developing strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
- Reviewing work and providing technical guidance to junior staff
- Supporting the development and mentoring of Associates, Seniors and Managers
- Working closely with Partners on complex technical matters
