The Role
- Preparing statutory accounts under FRS102, FRS102 1A and FRS105
- Working with a varied portfolio of clients across different sectors
- Preparing corporation tax computations and returns
- Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve queries
- Supporting managers with workflow, deadlines and client delivery
- Reviewing work where appropriate, depending on experience
- Building your technical knowledge and client‑facing confidence
- Supporting junior members of the team as you progress

About You
- Experience working within a UK accountancy practice
- Strong accounts preparation experience
- Good UK GAAP knowledge
- Exposure to corporation tax would be useful
- ACA/ACCA qualified, part‑qualified or qualified by experience
- Confidence speaking with clients directly
- A positive, proactive attitude
- The ability to produce good‑quality work while managing deadlines
- Agricultural client experience would be useful, but it is not essential.
