I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join a growing firm based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with a diverse range of clients, providing expert tax advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work on various tax-related projects, including but not limited to Corporation Tax, CGT, Income Tax, VAT, and IHT, among others.
Your Role as Tax Manager
- Prepare tax advisory reports covering a wide range of tax-specific topics.
- Calculate IHT computations and assist with EIS/SEIS applications.
- Lead share restructuring projects and implement share schemes.
- Develop client exit strategies and identify tax planning opportunities.
- Communicate with clients on technical tax matters and represent them in dealings with HMRC.
- Manage HMRC enquiries into personal and corporate tax returns.
- Provide support to junior team members.
