Responsibilities
You'll advise clients on complex UK and international tax matters, support transactions, corporate reorganisations, due diligence and tax accounting, and help businesses navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.
You will also mentor junior team members, manage client relationships and drive innovative approaches to tax delivery.
The role involves working alongside experienced Partners, Directors and Senior Managers on a broad mix of advisory and compliance projects.
Qualifications
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong post-qualified corporate tax experience.
- Experience advising clients within Banking, Capital Markets or Financial Services.
- Fin Tech industry or client experience would be highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax issues to non-specialists.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience managing client relationships and supporting or leading teams.
