I\’m currently working with a leading Top 10 accountancy firm in Newcastle who are looking to bring in new talent to their tax team, with a strong Manager and Assistant Manager.
With an excellent work culture, flexible working, a wide range of firm benefits, a mixed portfolio and a advisory led portfolio this is great opportunity for strong Assistant Manager or Manager to take their next step.
Your new role:
- You will be joining a strong team of 30-35 staff assisting with the running and developing a tax portfolio and team.
- Your portfolio will consist of a range of clients including OMBs, SMEs and large corporate.
- Mixture of tax compliance and advisory work
- Typical work will include international tax matters, due diligence, R&D tax credits and other ad hoc tax advisory queries.
- Management of junior staff and helping the team with growth plans
What you\’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Corporate tax background
- Compliance and advisory experience
- Experience working in a UK tax practice
- OMB and SME experience
