Your role as a Senior Audit Manager:
- Lead on engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including complex audit assignments.
- Manage the end-to-end audit process, including planning, budgets, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee all aspects of client engagement, ensuring work is allocated effectively and delivered to a high standard.
- Provide strategic advice to owner‑managers on business and personal financial matters.
- Analyse complex business situations to identify key risks, priorities, and solutions.
- Coach, mentor, and develop members of the audit team.
What you'll need to succeed:
- ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Experience auditing clients across multiple industries.
- Proven experience managing a large client portfolio.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring teams.
