You'll advise a diverse portfolio that includes major film studios, global streaming platforms, television production companies, video game developers, independent production houses, and businesses supporting the wider creative ecosystem, such as VFX studios, post‑production companies and production financiers.</p><p>The team specialises in helping businesses maximise the UK's creative sector tax incentives, whilst delivering high-quality corporate tax advisory, compliance and reporting services.

As the sector continues to evolve, you'll play a key role in supporting clients through an increasingly complex tax landscape.</p><h2>The Opportunity</h2><p>Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join London office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-profile clients on technically challenging projects while taking on a leadership role within a growing team.

You'll have genuine scope to influence the direction of the team, mentor talented professionals and accelerate your own career progression.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead and develop a team of corporate tax professionals, supporting their technical and personal development.</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day management of the team, including coaching, performance management and recruitment.</li><li>Deliver a broad range of corporate tax advisory projects, including advice around creative sector tax incentives, production structuring and wider corporate tax planning.</li><li>Manage the delivery of corporate tax compliance and reporting engagements for a portfolio of high-profile clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser on complex tax matters.</li><li>Stay up to date with UK tax legislation and provide technical leadership across the team.</li><li>Manage HMRC enquiries and support clients through tax authority interactions.</li><li>Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities, supporting proposals and developing long-term client relationships.</li></ul><h2>About You</h2><p>We're looking for an experienced UK Tax professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, client-focused environment. (UK Tax experience is a must)</p><p>You’ll ideally have gained your experience within professional practice or an equivalent in‑house tax function.
