A leading advisory firm is seeking to appoint a Private Equity Tax Partner as part of its continued investment in the private equity market in London. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced tax professional to help develop and expand the firm's private equity offering, advising PE houses and their portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely with private equity clients, investment teams and senior management on complex structuring, transactional tax matters, management incentivisation and exit planning. You will play a key role in delivering high-value advisory services while ensuring clients benefit from the firm's broader multidisciplinary capabilities.
Alongside client delivery, you will be instrumental in growing the practice, developing new client relationships and identifying opportunities to introduce other service lines across the firm. Working collaboratively with senior colleagues across tax, deals and advisory teams, you will help deliver a joined-up service to private equity clients and their portfolio businesses.
