We are looking for a Private Client Tax Manager to join our specialist boutique firm’s Private Client / UHNWI team. The role offers flexible hours and a focus on work‑life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Key development of the Private client & private business (OMBs) tax planning and strategies
  • Deliver close working client services with iHNWI individuals, financial advisory’s, agents, private wealth/banking
  • Work on wider projects in relation to various taxation matters including onshore & offshore trusts, capital gains tax, structures and inheritance tax planning
  • Present quarterly presentations to team and partners

Qualifications

  • ATT/CTA qualified with some post‑qualified experience, or a legal background
  • Strong understanding of complex Private Client Tax matters
  • Background in Accounting Consultancy, Legal or Family Office
  • Experience in business development and commercial opportunities (preferable)

  • Responsible for developing junior staff and delegation
