Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of private capital clients, including asset managers, fintechs, and investment partnerships.
- Advise on a wide range of UK and international tax matters, including corporation tax, income tax, CGT, inheritance tax, and partnership taxation.
- Work directly with HMRC, legal advisers, and financial institutions as part of client delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and globally to deliver joined‑up solutions to complex client needs.
- Support the development of junior team members while continuing to grow your own technical and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- CTA / ACA / ATT qualified (or equivalent), with demonstrable experience in UK tax.
