The Role
As an Outsourcing Senior, you'll be a key part of a growing team, working closely with clients and helping shape how the function evolves. This isn't just review work. It's a mix of:
- Reviewing management accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping
- Working directly with clients to answer queries and deliver insights
- Supporting and developing junior team members
- Getting involved in cloud projects - onboarding clients, improving systems, moving them onto better software
- Adding real value beyond compliance
You'll have autonomy, visibility, and the chance to influence how things are done - not just follow a process.
What They're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience in practice, ideally within outsourcing or management accounts
- Strong VAT knowledge (multiple schemes)
- Confident reviewing work and supporting junior staff
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients
- Experience with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
- Understanding of MTD for VAT
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or close) preferred
