Location: Nottingham – Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + great benefits.

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Assistant Manager, or Manager with solid corporate tax experience. This role offers real exposure to advisory work, not just compliance, and is ideal for ambitious professionals who want to develop and make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory projects
  • Work on reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals and demergers
  • Support clients with tax due diligence and structuring work
  • Advise on loss relief, group relief and corporate interest restriction
  • Prepare and review corporate and deferred tax calculations and disclosures
  • Manage client relationships and liaise directly with intermediaries
  • Proactively identify opportunities across other tax service lines
  • Support, mentor and develop junior team members

What you'll need:

  • ATT, CTA and/or ACA qualification
  • Around 3+ years’ experience (Assistant Manager) or 4+ years’ experience (Manager) in a corporate tax role
  • Exposure to advisory projects as well as compliance work
  • Good knowledge of corporate tax and tax accounting areas
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Confidence dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Alphatax experience helpful, but not essential
