What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory projects
  • Supporting on reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals and demergers
  • Assisting with tax due diligence and structuring work
  • Working across areas such as loss relief, group relief and tax accounting
  • Preparing and reviewing corporate and deferred tax calculations
  • Building client relationships and liaising directly with intermediaries
  • Identifying opportunities across other tax service lines
  • Supporting and developing junior team members

What you’ll need:

  • ATT, CTA and/or ACA qualification
  • Around 3+ years' experience in a corporate tax role
  • Exposure to advisory work alongside compliance
  • Good knowledge of corporate tax and tax accounting basics
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Confidence dealing directly with clients
  • Alphatax experience helpful, but not essential
