I'm currently working with a leading Big 4 Share Schemes team who are looking to bring in several key hires at Manager level. The team supports a wide-ranging portfolio of clients from large corporates to smaller start‐ups, including both listed, private companies and specialist funds.
Your new role:
- Advise clients on the feasibility, design, structure and implementation of equity & cash incentive plans.
- Support your client base, advising on both tax and legal implications for the employer and employees.
- Work with clients on corporate transactions, advising on the impact.
- Assist clients with various technical updates relating to share schemes & share planning options.
- Create share plan and related employee communications.
- Review technical financial audits, supporting wider firm to understand tax implications.
What you'll need to be successful:
- A suitable qualification including ACA, ACCA, Solicitor or Barrister.
- Background in other areas of tax, law or financial accounting; we are open to diverse experience.
- Experience or exposure to share plans & incentives through current work.
