Responsibilities

  • Design and implement compliant employee incentive schemes, including EMI, CSOPs, EBTs, and EOTs, and provide ongoing advisory support on their structure and management.
  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to develop tax‐efficient solutions aligned with clients' strategic goals, based on detailed analysis and due diligence.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to present recommendations, gain buy‐in, and ensure the successful delivery of incentive proposals.
  • Monitor legislative and market developments while mentoring junior team members and contributing to their continuous professional development.

Qualifications

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, or ATT qualification (or significant experience).
  • Experience designing and implementing employee incentive plans.
  • Experience working in a professional services firm or environment.
  • Open to tax professionals wanting to focus on employee incentives.
