Responsibilities

  • Lead tax due diligence and structuring on high‑profile transactions across sectors including private equity, infrastructure, and real estate.
  • Advise on SPA negotiations, post‑deal implementation, reorganisations, and exit planning.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists across tax, legal, and financial advisory to deliver end‑to‑end deal support.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the technical training and development of the wider team.
