Role Overview
Your new role:
- Provide a range of international employment tax advice to clients with operations globally. The team gets involved in international social security, cross border equity, cross border commuters, non resident directors, double tax treaties and withholding tax.
- Manage a portfolio of complex clients, whilst also supporting junior members of team, helping to develop & coach.
- Draft technical reports for clients on a regular basis, ensuring up-to-date legislation is used and technical research is carried out.
- Respond to and manage any HMRC consultations.
- Work across the firm to ensure targets are met, helping the team grow for business development.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Suitably qualified tax professional (ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA), or significant experience.
- International employment tax experience, this could come from a similar role, or working in-house or working in a global mobility capacity.
- Tax advisory experience or exposure with a willingness to focus in this area.
