Role Overview

You will be working with an established share plans team in the North, working alongside a Partner, Senior Manager & Assistant Manager in the team. You will be supporting a wide range of clients including private equity backed businesses, OMBs, Family owned businesses and larger listed entities to name a few. In the share schemes team it will be your responsibility to work with other teams to deliver sound advice to clients regarding EMIs, & CSOPs as well as supporting clients with pre or post deal advice that might be needed related to share schemes. This is an advisory focused position but you will also get involved with tasks like due diligence and valuations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Suitable qualified, ideally ACA, CTA or ATT.
  • Previous experience working with clients on share plans & incentives, or exposure from a different tax area with a real desire to learn.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coach and mentor juniors.
