We are currently working with a leading Big 4 M&A Deals tax team who are looking to expand their regional teams with Assistant Manager level appointments across the North, specifically Manchester & Glasgow.

Your new role
- You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of a deal, supporting M&A, business recovery and real estate.
- Working with a diverse and national client base including high profile multi-national organisations, private equity-backed businesses, start‑ups and owner‑managed businesses.
- Buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence projects
- Business development activities, supporting the wider team with new business opportunities
- Work closely with junior staff, helping develop, mentoring and coaching
Qualifications and experience
- Either CTA, ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified
- Exposure to M&A / Deals tax
- Strong work ethic and a passion for deals tax
- Sound corporate tax knowledge
