Overview

Manager - Deals Transfer Pricing, Big4 Firm — London / Hybrid. £85,000 plus car allowance, bonus and excellent package.

Our client is looking for a Manager to join their growing Deals Transfer Pricing team.

You'll work with multinational businesses, private equity firms, investors and funds, providing specialist transfer pricing advice throughout the deal lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do

  • Advise clients on transfer pricing across transactions, restructurings and business transformations.
  • Support due diligence, vendor assistance, post-deal integration and value creation projects.
  • Design and implement transfer pricing policies and pricing models.
  • Work with colleagues across our UK and global network on cross-border engagements.
  • Advise on financing transactions, HMRC enquiries and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of our Deals Tax practice.

What we're looking for

  • ACA, CTA, ATT or equivalent professional qualification (or relevant international qualification/experience).
  • Experience delivering transfer pricing advice in a professional services environment.
  • Strong project and client management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for developing people and sharing knowledge.
