We are working with an award-winning, highly regarded mid-tier London firm seeking an experienced M&A Tax Partner to lead and grow its Deals Tax capability. This is a strategic leadership hire within a firm that has enjoyed consistent double-digit growth and continues to invest heavily in its advisory offering.
The successful individual will take a leading role advising on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, acquisitions and disposals, while helping shape the future direction of the firm's transactions practice. The role would particularly suit someone with Private Equity transaction experience, and a sector interest in hospitality, technology, media or the creative industries would be advantageous given the firm's strong client base in these areas.
You will join a close-knit, well-respected team with ambitious growth plans, reporting directly to the Managing Partner and benefiting from genuine autonomy to develop the practice without unnecessary bureaucracy.
While there is a warm portfolio of work, the firm is keen to appoint someone with a strong commercial mindset and business development focus, capable of building relationships, generating new opportunities and acting as a brand ambassador in the market.
This opportunity would suit an entrepreneurial M&A Tax Partner or Senior Director ready to step up, looking to lead a growing practice within a progressive and fast-paced firm.
