The team advises high‑calibre clients on a wide variety of valuation matters. We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of direct valuations experience. What we’re looking for:
- You may already have experience in, or exposure to, preparing valuations for purposes including:
- Tax‑advantaged share option plans
- Employment‑related securities
- Capital Gains Tax
- Inheritance Tax
- Corporate reorganisations
- A strong commercial mindset and understanding of how businesses operate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience dealing directly with clients and intermediaries
- CTA and/or ACA qualifications (preferred, but not essential)
