Transformation & Trade Technology / Customs - Senior Manager - Global Advisory Firm, London. Are you leading VAT, Customs & Trade transformation projects and looking for a platform to shape the future of global trade advisory? Pro-Tax is partnering with a market-leading Customs & Trade practice within a global accountancy firm to appoint a Director to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and evolution of their highly successful team. This opportunity goes beyond traditional customs advisory. The team is investing heavily in technology, automation, process improvement, and transformation, helping multinational clients modernise their customs and trade functions in an increasingly complex global environment.
Working alongside an established Partner group and supported by an extensive international network, you will lead large-scale client engagements whilst helping businesses transform their customs operating models through technology-enabled solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading Customs & Trade transformation projects for multinational clients
- Driving process improvement, automation and technology adoption across customs functions
- Reviewing customs operating models and identifying efficiencies, simplifications and cost-saving opportunities
- Advising on customs planning, tariff classification and customs valuation frameworks
- Supporting clients with customs compliance and governance strategies
- Partnering with businesses on international expansion and cross-border trade initiatives
- Leading and developing high-performing teams across a growing practice
- Contributing to business development and shaping the future direction of the service line
Who we're looking for:
- Senior professionals currently operating within Customs & Trade advisory practices
- Global Trade Technology teams
- Customs transformation or process improvement functions
- In-house Customs, Trade Compliance or Supply Chain organisations within multinational businesses
- You may currently be an experienced Manager, Senior Manager, or Associate Director looking for a broader leadership role with greater exposure to technology-led transformation initiatives.
