I'm partnering with a leading UK professional services firm to appoint a Director into its Transaction Services team, with a specific focus on Life Sciences & Healthcare. This is a senior, autonomous role with a clear brief to grow the sector proposition, deepen client relationships and help shape the wider Deals practice alongside Partners.
Role
- Lead and deliver financial due diligence on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions
- Advise corporates, private equity and management teams through complex deals
- Own senior client relationships, commercial decisions and risk
- Develop and mentor teams while contributing to business development
- Strengthen the firm’s Life Sciences & Healthcare market presence
The Ideal Profile
- Strong background in Transaction Services / FDD
- Life Sciences or Healthcare sector experience essential
- Proven experience leading engagements and teams
- Commercial, credible and comfortable operating at Director level
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
