The role offers a genuine blend of deal delivery, financial analysis, client management, team leadership and business development.
The Role
As Associate Director, you will sit between the executive team and senior leadership, leading more complex transaction work while supporting and developing junior team members. - Supporting business development and identifying further client opportunities
- Collaborating with wider corporate finance teams nationally
- Coaching, guiding and reviewing work from junior team members
- Helping improve the quality, efficiency and commercial value of delivery
What They're Looking For
The firm is keen to speak with commercially minded corporate finance or transaction services professionals who are confident managing clients, projects and teams. You will ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in transaction services, financial due diligence or corporate finance
- Experience managing financial due diligence projects
- Strong financial analysis and report-writing skills
- The ability to interpret financial information and draw clear commercial conclusions
- Experience managing others on client engagements
- Strong project management skills across budgets, deadlines and risk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, clients and partners
- A proactive, relationship-led and commercially aware approach
Why Apply?
This is a great opportunity to step into a senior advisory role with a respected UK firm that offers strong deal exposure, client contact and long-term progression.
