About the Role
We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our boutique agency, Pro‑Recruitment Group, which is a leading recruiter for Finance and Tax professionals. Our business has adapted to a fully hybrid model – most staff are in the office one day per week, the rest work from home. We want to support you with training and development programmes to give you a clear progression path.
Responsibilities
- Build key relationships with new and existing clients, account managing.
- Sourcing both active and passive candidates and managing the full recruitment process from end to end.
- Recruit for a range of Finance and Accounting roles, from qualified level to senior positions, working with global household names and local clients.
Qualifications
- Results‑oriented with strong entrepreneurial skills.
