We’re working with a growing and highly regarded firm looking to appoint an M&A Tax Manager into their expanding Transaction Tax team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Partners and Directors on a broad range of corporate transactions, advising entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses on deals ranging from £5m to £100m+.

Role

  • Supporting on buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Delivering transaction tax advisory and due diligence work
  • Advising on restructures, acquisitions and post-deal integration
  • Managing day-to-day workflow across live projects
  • Liaising with clients, advisers and internal teams
  • Supporting and developing junior team members

About You

  • Strong UK transaction tax experience gained in practice
  • CTA qualified, ideally ACA/ACCA qualified also
  • Experience across advisory and or due diligence work
  • Commercially minded with strong communication skills
  • Able to manage deadlines within fast-paced deal environments
  • Keen to develop technically and progress within a growing team
