Indirect Tax Assistant Manager, Financial Services - London A global financial services business with a brand name is searching for an ambitious VAT professional to join their large, London-based tax team.
Role overview Reporting to the Senior Indirect Tax Manager, this is a newly created role focused primarily on VAT compliance (UK & international), but also offers scope for interesting advisory and project work and exposure to wider taxes, in a team undergoing significant change and transformation.
Responsibilities This role is ideal for a recently qualified indirect tax professional from a top practice environment and will primarily handle VAT compliance tasks, with opportunities for advisory and project work.
Qualifications Recent ACA/CTA qualification
Solid UK indirect tax compliance experience (international experience helpful)
Experience with IPT advantageous
Prior experience within the financial services, or familiarity with partial exemption special methods
The right to work in the UK without sponsorship requirements
Benefits £75,000 + 20% bonus & benefits.
