Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, you will advise internationally mobile employees and businesses on a range of complex US tax matters, including international assignments, Social Security, treaty positions, equity compensation and cross-border tax planning. The Role
- Review and prepare complex US individual tax returns
- Manage client relationships and engagements from start to finish
- Advise on US inbound and outbound assignments
- Deliver entry and exit consultations for globally mobile employees
- Provide guidance on US federal and state tax matters
- Advise on Social Security, equity compensation and treaty positions
- Work closely with UK tax specialists to deliver joined-up cross-border advice
- Support a broad range of planning and advisory projects
About You
Ideally, you will have:
- US tax experience within a Global Mobility environment
- Experience reviewing US individual tax returns
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- The ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience within US expatriate tax, international assignments or cross-border private client work will be highly advantageous. Enrolled Agent (EA) qualification is desirable but not essential, and support will be provided for further professional development.
