An exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services firm within a high-growth Equity Reward team. This role offers a strong blend of advisory and design-led work, supporting a diverse client base on complex, commercially focused projects.

The Role:

  • Lead the delivery of client projects across equity reward and incentive arrangements
  • Design and structure equity and cash-based incentive plans (UK and international)
  • Advise on the tax and commercial implications of corporate transactions on incentive plans
  • Work closely with senior management teams on how transactions impact personal incentives
  • Oversee a varied client portfolio including owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed companies, and listed groups
  • Coach and develop junior team members

  • Experience mentoring or managing junior staff
