Business Manager RoleAs a Business Manager, you will act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing their financial affairs and delivering a full business management service. You will take ownership of client relationships while working closely with Directors and supporting junior staff, gaining exposure to a wide variety of financial and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of clients across entertainment and creative sectors
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and their representatives
- Overseeing bookkeeping, reviewing work and supporting junior staff
- Managing bill payments, cashflow and financial controls
- Preparing management accounts, budgets and forecasts
- Supporting VAT, tax compliance and year-end processes
- Involvement in tour accounting, royalties and business structuring
- Handling ad hoc client requests and financial planning

You’ll be a commercially aware and organised finance professional with strong client‑facing skills. Ideal experience includes:
- Experience in business management, practice or accounts roles
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounts and financial management
- Experience managing or supporting client relationships
- Ability to review work and support junior staff
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
