Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance and advisory work across the full life‑cycle of funds, including investor reporting, fund structuring and transaction analysis.
- Provide transactional tax support in collaboration with the Deals Tax team.
- Work with specialist and generalist clients, tailoring the mix of compliance and advisory projects to fit your strengths.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients early in your career.
Qualifications
- CTA, ACA or CA qualified with a broad corporate tax or financial services tax background.
- Strong interest and technical experience in the Alternative Funds space.
- Excellent analytical and client‑facing skills.
- Experience in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds or real estate tax is preferred.
