About the role
As a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager based in Leeds, you will support the UK transfer pricing team by working closely with senior team members to deliver complex advisory projects from business development through to delivery. You will lead functional analysis interviews, apply transfer pricing principles to complex scenarios, manage and develop junior team members, and support business development activity within the practice.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex functional analysis interviews and capture entity contributions to risk management and intangibles (DEMPE)
- Anticipate and apply transfer pricing solutions to complex client scenarios
- Support senior team members in managing transfer pricing projects end to end
- Contribute to multi‑jurisdictional documentation projects
- Manage and develop junior team members
- Support business development activity within the transfer pricing practice
Requirements
- ACA, CTA or equivalent qualification – or an Economist with postgraduate qualifications
- Experience preparing, reviewing and delivering transfer pricing policy design and planning
- Experience on multi‑jurisdictional documentation projects
- Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively within a close‑knit team
- Ideally some exposure to thin‑capitalisation projects
