The Role
You will advise large and listed multinational groups on complex cross‑border tax matters, helping them navigate the rapidly evolving international tax landscape. This is not a siloed compliance role – you will be at the forefront of international tax advisory, including:
- Advising on BEPS initiatives and Pillar Two implementation
- Supporting clients in interpreting and applying global minimum tax rules
- Structuring cross‑border operations in a tax‑efficient and commercially viable way
- Providing strategic input on global tax governance and risk management
- Working on international restructurings and supply chain transformations
- Collaborating with overseas advisers on multi‑jurisdictional projects
- Translating complex legislation into clear, actionable advice for senior stakeholders
Who We're Looking For
- Current experience in a Big4 or top10 International Tax team seeking more ownership and advisory exposure
- CTA/ACA/CA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Strong grounding in UK and international corporate tax
- Experience working on BEPS, Pillar Two, or broader international tax projects
- Proven ability to advise multinational clients
- Commercial mindset – able to move beyond theory into practical solutions
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
