I'm working with a growing, independent mid-market firm that has ambitious plans for the future and is looking for an International Tax Partner to lead and build its UK inbound offering.

This is a genuine opportunity to join a single-office firm with strong growth and clear trajectory, where Partners have a meaningful voice in the strategy and direction of the business.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead and build the UK inbound International Tax offering
• Develop a strong portfolio of international clients and referral relationships
• Help shape the strategy and growth of the wider tax business
• Work closely with the firm's Corporate Tax, Transactions and specialist teams
• Build out a team around you as the opportunity grows
• Have genuine input into leadership, strategy and decision-making
• Benefit from a partnership model where you have a bigger piece of the pie and a real stake in the success of the firm

We're looking for an ambitious International Tax Partner or experienced Director ready for Partnership, with strong UK inbound experience and a commercial, entrepreneurial approach.

Most importantly, this is for someone who wants ownership, influence and the ability to build something. Someone who wants to be a proper Partner - not simply another cog in a much larger machine.
