Responsibilities- Work on a range of different client types including national & international, private businesses, private equity houses, infrastructure funds and emerging capital markets.
- Handle the full life cycle of a deal: due diligence, tax structuring, post‑acquisition implementations and reorganisations.
- Collaborate with a national team while based in the Glasgow office, engaging with local and national clients.
- Participate in business development activities across the region and collaborate with other departments.
- Coach and develop junior staff members across the team.
- ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Experience with M&A tax in the UK.
- Exposure to a mixed client base.
