We are working with a Big 4 Firm to recruit an Equity Reward Manager into their Employer Reward Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and high-performing Reward practice, advising a diverse client base on equity and cash-based incentive arrangements. This is a highly advisory-focused role, offering exposure to complex reward structures, corporate transactions, and strategic remuneration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on the design and implementation of equity and cash-based incentive plans
- Support clients on reward strategy, including remuneration frameworks, governance, and regulatory considerations
- Provide advice on the tax implications of corporate transactions and compensation structures
- Review and assess existing incentive plans to ensure they remain fit for purpose
About You
- ATT / CTA / ACA (or equivalent) qualified
- Strong experience in equity reward, executive compensation, or employment tax
- Experience advising on incentive plan design and reward structures
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex advisory work
